Julie Thatcher

Julie is a life long resident of Elkhart and loves being a part of such a happy time in families lives. She says that real estate has given her much more than she has given it and feels as though she is finally doing what she was designed to do.  Julie has been involved in the Elkhart County/St. Joe County Real Estate Market for the past 10 years and has truly enjoyed every aspect of her work.  I have been blessed to have been gifted with so many wonderful clients that have entrusted me to help them find or sell their home.  I truly understand that buying and selling your home can be a very stressful time in families lives and I do my best to make their transition smooth and fun at the same time.  I take my job to heart and hope that my clients know that I am not trying to „sell „ them a house..I am trying to find them a „home„.   As for sellers,  Julie prides herself on the fact that she is a great communicator.  She works hard on marketing and promoting all her listings and tries to keep her sellers informed at all times.  Julie says sellers definately have more competition out there right now, but she works hard at making her listings shine!  Julie has been happily married to her husband, Bob for the past 28 years and their daughter Madison is currently a senior at St. Mary’s College.
